In the Dalit & Minorities International
Conference held on 27th-28th December
2006, at G.M.C. Balayogi Auditorium, Parliament
Library Building, Parliament House, New
Delhi, a resolution was unanimously passed
to make Dalit & Minorities Conference
a regular feature and for that the following
decisions have been taken.:-

A
resolution has also been passed to hold
next International Conference in USA in
the year 2008. Dr. A.S. Nakadar will be
the Chairman of this Conference and Dr.
K.P. Singh, Convener. The date and venue
of this Conference will be decided, later
on. It has further been decided that the
Convener of the Country in which the International
Conferences will be held will be the Chairman
of the Conference and wherever there are
two Conveners, the other Convener will
be the convener of the Conference.
The International Conference will be held
every two years in a foreign country.
Minimum six State Conferences will be
held each year in a country. In India,
State Conferences will be held in all
the States before the next International
Conference in USA, in the year 2008.
It has been decided to get the Dalit &
Minorities International Forum registered
as soon as possible and for that the Constitution
and aims and objectives should be drafted.
